 "Code regarding the protection of personal data"
Following the discipline dictated by the "code regarding the protection of personal data" we provide below information on the use by the undersigned pharmacy of the personal and sensitive data acquired.
The data provided and collected from third parties, are processed in your interest to pursue activities of prevention, diagnosis and treatment and to protect health and physical safety, also in compliance with the Code of Conduct and professional secrecy.
In accordance with the security requirements required by law, the processing of personal data takes place through manual, computerized tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the aforementioned law.
the provision of data is optional; any refusal to allow the processing of such data could result in the impossibility of prosecution of the relationship since it would be lacking the pursuit of the activities mentioned above
The treatment also concerns data called "sensitive", that is data suitable to reveal the state of health and sex life. The data will not be disseminated but may be made available to the staff of the pharmacy, who attends, who collaborates or who should replace the holder in case of his absence and eventually made known to employees and consultants of the pharmacy for aspects that may regard them and according to the methods provided by law.
They may, if this is necessary to provide a service and / or service in your interest, be communicated to:

Rights of the interested party
The interested party may contact the data controller to verify their data and have them supplement, update or correct and / or to exercise the other rights provided for by article 7 of the Code (shown below).

Art.7 - Right to access personal data and other rights
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered and their communication in intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
1. of the origin of personal data;
2. of the purposes and the modality of the treatment;
3. of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
4. of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to article 5 paragraph 2;
5. of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, of responsible persons in charge.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
6. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
7. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
8. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom they have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible o involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
9. on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
10. to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
